Proctoring of Exams : Up to 30 minutes $20 plus mileage roundtirp ; 30 minutes - 1 hour $40 plus mileage roundtrip
If we are dispatched to your home or place of business you will need the following:
- Photo ID
- If you are not a resident of the state of Arizona, with a valid driver's license, then please provide alternate proof of residency.
- Copy of your Citation (if applicable)
- Witness(es) and their Photo IDs (if applicable)
If you are completing an Arizona Traffic School online exame, once the online test is complete and is notarized, you can either fax or mail your notarized verification of exam. It is YOUR responsibility to fax.
The driving school will return your certificate by regular mail and you need to mail it to the appropriate court before your hearing date.
NOTE: If you are having a POA, Will or Trust notarized...It is your responsibility to provide the witness(es).
About Payment:
TucsonNotaries.com will take all major credit cards via PayPal. We will confirm prepayment of services before you take the exam at one of the scheduled testing locations. Or prior to dispatch, unless payment is in cash, and prearranged.
If you are desiring a mobile notary, the notary will indicate to you the charge for roundtrip mileage from their location to your location. The Notary will use the Google maps for mileage computation based on the route they would take to your location.
Mileage rates are computed/reimbursed according to IRS.gov for 20011. Currently the rate is 51 cents per mile driven. Example: The round trip mileage to your requested location is 10 miles; your charge would be $5.10 for mileage plus notarization.
PAYMENT
Your total mileage charges will need to total the amount that the notary indicates for the mileage. You will need to "add to cart" the appropriate amounts to equal the total amount for mileage.
